Atlanta, Georgia (CNN) It’s not a glamorous spot for foodies, but Georgia’s Chattahoochee River Valley is home to some of the country’s most expensive dining.
With prices ranging from $75 to $2,500 a night, many restaurants here will make it seem like the bargain is worth it.
It depends on the restaurant and how many tables you get.
Here are some of Georgia’s cheapest restaurants, according to Travelocity, the travel information website:Chef Paul Burda’s in Gwinnett County is a favorite for the low-end and has been since its inception in 2003.
It’s a bit pricier than most, at $175 for a four-course meal, according a list posted on the website.
A six-course dinner will cost $295.
The restaurant’s chef, David Daley, said it was not the most expensive place to eat in Gwennet County, but that’s not the point.
It is a good place to spend an afternoon or evening.
“If you’re going to go to Gwinnet County and you want to eat here, it’s the best,” Daley said.
“It’s got a great view, it has a lot of tables and it has some great views.
It has a good ambiance and it’s very well maintained.”
Daley said he’s had diners coming back to try out his cuisine for the last several years.
“They’re really impressed with the quality of the food,” he said.
It’s a trend that has been gaining traction in the Atlanta metro area.
Many local restaurants, like the recently opened Baroque, are starting to cater to the dining crowd, and there are even bars and restaurants catering to the “dinner in the park” crowd.
In the Chattahoochie, the most famous eatery is a family-run, family-owned restaurant in Estepona.
It specializes in seafood dishes, and it was the first restaurant in the region to open in 2015, and now has more than 1,500 tables.
The owner, Chris Burdas, said Esteponas seafood has always been a hit with his family, but they were able to bring a little bit of the upscale taste to the menu this year.
“I think it’s just a lot more affordable than a lot the other places,” he told CNN affiliate WSB.
“If you are in Gwendolyn or Atlanta, you’re probably going to get the best value.”
The menu at Esteponi’s is limited, and they don’t usually serve seafood, Burdais said.
But he said the fish and chips, fried chicken, and desserts are some the best he’s ever had.
“It’s the way they make it,” Burdias said.
“We like the way the chef goes with it.
We want it to be a little more upscale than what you’re used to seeing, so that’s why we’re doing that.
It makes it a little less expensive, too.”
The Estepons also offer a great selection of craft beers, wine and whiskey, and the restaurant has a full bar that serves craft cocktails and cocktails made with locally sourced ingredients.
The owner said Esteps restaurants can cater to any budget, but it’s always nice to see that it’s actually the chef who’s making the menu.
“The chef does the cooking and they do the decor and they just have the food in front of you and you can sit at the table and enjoy it,” he explained.
“They do it right.
It just feels right.”
For dinner, Badda said Estponi’s offers a variety of dishes that will please the whole family.
“Our motto is that we don’t cater to just the wealthy, we’re also a family restaurant, so we don, too,” he added.
